Community with Unity

Building Our Future, Together

Infrastructure. People. Accountability.

Principles for Responsible Leadership

If you have worked, paid your taxes, and striven for a better future, you deserve to have a city that has clean streets, working busses, accessible sidewalks, and a safe places to relax. If you are showing up every day to school or to work and giving your best effort, you deserve to prosper. For many who live in Asheville of 2024, that is not the case. Our leaders have shown that they would rather pontificate on lofty, national issues, rather than focus on local, tangible successes that can be secured for the people of Asheville.

Do you believe that we can work together to make a better future for all of us?

Do you want to help build an Asheville that represents the people who live here?

Hands Up

Hope for the Future

The city's core mission should be to uplift and empower every citizen. From talented youth, to hardworking families, to wizened elders, all should be welcome and have a chance to succeed.

  • First, we must tackle our infrastructure.

    • How can folks plot a path to achieve their goals if they cannot rely upon our roads, our water delivery/recovery, transit, and power to work when they need it?

  • Second, our services must meet the needs of the people.

    • If we must rely upon the county to help us meet our basic fire, police, and/or medical needs, then our government has failed.

  • Third, we must invest in our people.

    • If we are to expect meaningful growth for our people, we must incentivize employers to develop career opportunities for the folks who live here.

    • Why should the highest aspiration for our best and brightest be to get a job far away from here?

  • Finally, all of the above must be done with complete transparency and accountability to the people.
